Game Day Cocktail Recipes


So, just like that, fall is approaching. As the “summer that never was” starts to wind down, that means football season is right around the corner...

Crazy, right? We’re already this far into 2020?
For me, at least, the Super Bowl feels like yesterday. But alas, here we are, only days away from the Patriots opener vs. Miami.

That leads us to ask, can the new look Patriots withstand the start of a new era? Will the young hotshots like Mahomes and Jackson continue the blazing starts to their career? Stidham or Newton? What other tricks does Bill Belichick have up his sleeve? On any given Sunday, everything is possible.

From Brady leaving, to empty stadiums, and even an expanded playoff, it’s safe to say that nothing about this season will be normal. The coronavirus pandemic has left a huge mark on the NFL and yet the organization is still committed to supporting and providing all efforts to have a positive impact. #1 Touchdown Punch

 INGREDIENTS:
● 1 L Sprite
● 4 c. seltzer
● 1 (750-ml.) bottle Prosecco
● 1 c. vodka
● 1/4 c. blue Curaçao
● 1 lemon, thinly sliced
● 3 c. ice

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl
2. Stir to combine and serve into glasses

#2 Beermosas

INGREDIENTS:
● 4 bottles beer (such as Blue Moon)
● 1 c. orange juice
● Orange slices, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fill tall glasses 1/4 full with orange juice and top off with beer
2. Garnish with orange slices

#3 The New England Sour 

INGREDIENTS:
● 2 ounces vodka (Stoli Elit)
● 1/2 ounce maple syrup
● 4 ounces grapefruit juice
● 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
● Garnish: lemon wedge

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Build the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice and stir
2. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve with a straw

#4 Cape Cod

INGREDIENTS:
● 3 ounces cranberry juice
● 2 ounces vodka
● Lime garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix the cranberry juice with the vodka 
2. Serve over ice in a highball glass or a red solo cup. We're not too picky here.
