Reposado Old-Fashioned Cocktail

Ingredients
● 2 slices nectarine
● 2 cherries (Bing)
● 1 tablespoon agave nectar
● 3 ounces tequila (reposado)
● 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
● Garnish: bing cherry
● Garnish: nectarine slice

Instructions
1. Muddle the cherries, nectarines, and agave nectar until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
2. Fill the glass with ice, and then add the tequila and bitters
3. Stir well and add garnish.

 Whiskey Smash

Ingredients
● 3 to 4 sprigs of spearmint
● 1/4 lemon (cut up into 2 or 3 pieces)
● 1-ounce simple syrup
● 2 ounces bourbon whiskey
● Ice

Instructions
1. Muddle the mint and lemon to release the juices and oils.
2. Add simple syrup, whiskey, and ice.
3. Shake for 30 seconds.
4. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig.

 Sparkling Champagne Sangria

Ingredients
● 1 orange (Sliced thin)
● ½ Lemon (Sliced thin)
● 1 cup blueberries
● 1 cup raspberries
● 10 strawberries (sliced)
● 1 cup of orange juice
● 1 750 ml bottle sweet white wine (Riesling)
● 1 750 ml bottle champagne

Instructions
1. In a large pitcher, add fruit, orange juice, and wine.
2. Allow the beverage to in the refrigerator for 5-24 hours.
3. Before serving add Champagne.
4. Optional: Add ¼ cup of granulated sugar, agave, or honey.

 Cherry Blossom

Ingredients:
● 1.25 oz 1800 Silver Tequila
● 1 oz lime juice
● 1 oz grapefruit juice
● .25 oz grenadine
● Grapefruit slice or maraschino cherry for garnish
● Salt as needed

Instructions:
1. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well.
2. Strain into a salt-rimmed martini glass or serve over ice.
3. Add garnish (grapefruit slice or cherry).

Ingredients:
● 3 ounces gin
● 1-ounce fresh lemon juice
● 1 1/2 tablespoons agave nectar
● 6 ounces ruby red grapefruit juice

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, fill with ice.
2. Add gin, lemon juice, agave nectar, and grapefruit juice.
3. Shake for 10 seconds. Pour into a martini glass.
